importance of strong feet

what breed of dog throws good feet into the mix of the lurcher, to me this is a must , the deerhonnd is a perfect start, in most deerhound crosses they seem to have good strong feet ,

Collies and Salukis have very tough, good feet. You need to look back along the generations to be sure that you're only putting good feet into a lurcher: bad traits have a nasty habit of showing up generations down the line, and whilst Deerhounds should have good feet, I've seen some bad examples amongst some dogs.

its not so much the feet at times its the body whats above them,, some dogs have bodys that self,destruct , the feet they are born with,, to much power going threw them,,,jim,

i think colliexgreys have brill feet, i ve had 3 every one of them had great feet, and if you get collie in lurcher to lurcher bred dog, you still can get good feet. If the feet are no good, no lurcher.!
