simonrocco 175 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 me and my 14 year old nephew desided to have another look out on the lamp last night its his last chanse to get out as school starts again tomorrow for him. it was a good windy night with a slight bit of rain we started off in a field just down the road from my house we seen 3 rabbits in it but only managed to get a run on 2 which my dog caught both the third was by the dyke and hopped in when the lamp was shone on it. one of the rabbits that was caught in this field had a white marking round its neck my nephew was chuffed to bits with catching that one as it was different from the other rabbit. nothing more was to be seen in that field so we had a look in the field next to it there was a few in it but the grass was just to long i only ran 2 in that field and left the others as the dog kept loosing them in the long grass. we moved to another place a few miles from where we live that has got a good few rabbits on as soon as we got there the rain started coming down really heavy we done about another 10 fields or so and got another 4 rabbits by this time we were both soaked right through to the skin so we desided to call it a night with a total of 6 rabbits we could of had more if only we'd put our waterproofs on but i didnt think it would get as bad as it did. heres a few pics of what we caught hope you like the write up.atb 1 Quote Link to post
