Malt 379 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 I have my lunch at dinner time & my dinner at tea time. if that makes sense.. Lasagne made from scratch is my favourite, served with salad & garlic bread. The nicest thing I've ever eaten was the veal with white whine and mushrooms that the chef used to cook in an Italian restaurant I worked in as a teen. No mate, it wasn't actually in Italy! I love Italian food, and the chef used to crack me up. Holidaymakers used to come in and pick holes in the menu, asking for beans and chips for their kids. He used to blow his top and yell something like 'Bak-e-ted beans?! Tell a them to f**k off down-a-the-wimpy!!' at the poor waitresses! There was only a thin partition between the kitchen and the eating area and half of the time they did end up f*****g off somewhere else! Funniest job I've ever had!
