Hello there guys ,i have been reading on here a lot about Russells ,seems to me a lot of you guys keep these little tykes ,i know theres a lot of guys would not give them kennell space ,but i for one defintley would .

OK what im asking is just a simple question ? Please no smart arses attack the thread .There was a lot of Russell guys who bred decent dogs out there ,im only in knowledge of guys in the uk ,basically the main names of Chapman ,Jones ,Mousley,Nixon,Hulme ,Henieman ,Gripton ,and Dai Jones.Which line did yous guys keep and which did you find the most consistent of finding ,locating ,working and most of all staying .

We had one of A Nixon few years back ,20 yr ago ,jesus how times move on

it proved its wait in gold ,i agree it was a slow starter but by god it was worth

the wait .Met Chris Hicklind a few times ,think his line came down of Ken Goulds ,

then again i don,t know where Gouldy,s line of russell started ,probably never will .

Thanks very much for replying guys ,yes i met Arthur myself on different occasions ,he kept a good loyal line of workers ,very much reserved sort of guy ,i do not know if Arthur ever got back into the lines he had after he lost dogs to a theft at his home a few year back .Maybe with some luck and graditude of the terriermen he helped out it would be great to know if someone one put him back in touch with some of his old lines .
