10 dogs stolen dungannon northern ireland

A mate of mine noticed a few different ads on gumtree last week one for a working Lakeland ( taking all quarry ) it said. A name and a phone number to ring. Plus there was a few ads for lurchers for sale also under the same name. Anyone that's fimiliar with gumtree will know you can hide your location or show it on google maps. He found it strange that these ads in particular all had the exact address on the ads. Anyway he rang the fellas number and asked about the Lakeland and the fella said he had no dogs for sale ????? We thought maybe someone was playing a practical joke on him by posting the ads up. Maybe the ads had something to do with the dogs going missing ?? I sent a pm but still no reply from him. Hope he gets you get your dogs back

mudd dog i seen them ads myself,it gave lads name,and full address.looking back now it was a thiefs dream come true.i sold ferret kits recently and met people every where to avoid that bullshit,if it was this lad thats a huge factor i would say.it was in dungannon too..coinicedence????

Many thanks for all the good wishes re dogs and the other intentions re thieves. Cannot believe they took every dog . It's hard to look out our window and see all the pens empty. Harder still to see our three young boys crying as they stole three pups belonging to them

Hi, We have had no leads on dogs stolen. No sign of them. It was our name , address and telephone number that was put up on gumtree by someone else. They did it 4 times, we got the ads taken down as soon as we saw them and eventually had to get the telephone number barred from gumtree to stop them going up. We also think that both are linked. Either the person putting up the ads were involved or as you said someone saw this and came then and stole dogs.

That's a bad doing mate. Sorry to hear that now. I knew there was something fishy about them ads when my mate said to me. Anyway hope you get them all back, words going round quickly so i hope you get a result !!!!!!!.....ATB....MUDD.....

you need photos up if your looking help everyone saying they keep eye out how can keep eye out if there don't know what there looking for.Do you not have some photos you can put up.Bad crack what happen mate but keep head up there is good people out there who can help yea get them back

is there any way you can get the ip address of who put the adds up no gum tree and if you can ask the mods on here to see if they are are member on this site then people might know who done it

the ad sounds sounds dodgy alright, i reckon it could have been some anti's that robbed them, because your average scumbag dog theif wouldnt be so stupid as to put a ad on gumtree. i reckon anti's "rescued" the the dogs from the big bad hunting man and put the ad up to gloat, i could be wrong but IMO it makes more sense. hope you get them back lad.

I doubt that very much lad. Over here is nowhere near as bad as England/Wales etc for anti's. Im not saying there isn't any but I couldn't see them going to these lengths in n. Ireland. Someone's put the ads up as a joke or a prank and they've backfired on that fella. I'd say someone's seen the ads and location and acted on that and took the dogs. Whoever put the ads up is hardly going to admit to it now when theyve realised whats happened over the height of it. It had to be someone close to him or someone thats came and bought a dog before. That way they could have asked for his postcode for directions in a satt nav and they already had his number. Something along them lines id be thinking of to catch the dorty scumbags.....Just my opinion.
