Tent on its own 250 or with a new three way camping fridge (150 from go outdoors), chairs x3,carpet, toilet, pump and what ever bits I can dig out 400. This will easily sleep 8-10 adults but we used it for three of us and it was great with loads of room and chilling area. No good to me now as my mrs is now my ex.
