Malt 379
I feed mine raw chicken portions most of the time when I haven't got rabbit. I've done this for 5 years now and have never had any problems with ferrets exploding or anything... Quote Link to post
The one 8,501
When i feed mine chicken carcasses and am taking them out the next day the mutts are always waiting on them ,and they scoff the remains and dont even get the quits Quote Link to post
COMPO 54
my hob ferret eats an entire wong in about half an hour....i sat and watched him with a raw fresh wing earlier today, he laid like a dog with a bone and ate the entire thing I cant imagine any being left in an hours time let alone at the end of the day OR NEXT MORNING Quote Link to post
drwolly 8
A better thing to feed them with in summer is raw mince meat, no left overs to go bad then, I used to buy the cheap mince from Tesco/Asda and split it into meals and keep afew out and freeze the rest, get one out in the morning to defrost and feed in the evening.....simples as the meercats say!! You can either buy it blocks or loose mince. Cheaper than buying mince meat from the super markets. Quote Link to post
