Was drivin the fields in the early 90,s when hardly anyone else was at it..we never crashed a hedge..snapped a lock..or robbed anything...if we couldnt get in the game was left for another day. Actual

It's just like EVERYTHING else, it's not black and white, there is a good way and a bad way of doing the same thing. Some folk are just wankers and whatever they do they manage to act like a fecking k

The numbers, kill crazy drivers aren't real hunters, and I doubt they even care if they destroy anything in their path, nor do they care if they wipe out a population of animals in an area: bring back

what a load a pish lol

there is as many idiots walking the land as there is driving it ffs..........

i was always under the impression that guys that drive the land, where lazy an used the jeep/car to do most of the work....

an in reality theres probs are guys out there, doing it that way, just as there are guys out there running 3 an 4 dogs on a walked up fox.....

i have spoke to guys that openly admit stealing off farms, an the way they lamp varys, to blame guys driving the land is daft.....

fact a the matter is, if ye drive the land, an do it properly, then yer dogs will have access to loads more game than any walked up lurcher.....

both ways have there place in this game imo, its the dickheads that spoil oor way of life, not the fact they drive the fields...............

It all depends, one thing i wont disagree with is that driving puts more quarry in front of your dog, thats a given. BUT walking the land doesnt destroy drilled fields, leave tracks all across the fields telling everybody someone has been on and make the area hot.....

its dangerous for the dogs when driving think if the rabbit headed back for the 4x4 bang dog would be knocked out dead,i always check the fields in the day for obsticels

and their allway the fact how the dogs gets out of the 4x4 ,i don,t think they slow down and then let the dogs out ,they get flung out of windows or made 2 jump at daft speeds ,i have no doubt that lads that do this might catch more stuff

To say its cause the dogs cant do it without a mtor is laughable. A place whats hot as feck is much better to drive the sports fecked any way so who cares, the people who drive fields kill a lot more than the walkers fact. Cover much more ground and the dogs stil av to do the work. Q

The sports fecked? Well nearly but with people like you, the final nail will be in the coffin before we know it.... Who cares, I do, I don't want everyone thinking were all the same as the likes of yourself, who doesn't care.... I care and I care that others struggle to get permission and because of the likes of you most farmers and land owners are red hot, genuine lurcher lads are taking the flack...

Drives fields, kills a lot more, get a grip, theres more to life... I'm sorry to say you are a but a number in the working dog game and a number thats forming a cancer that will help end it all, through naivety, disrespect and selfishness..

too easy to generalise..........

good an bad in all walks a life, why should the dog game be any diffrent..

there will be thugs out there that drive throo hedges an cut gates open an leave them open as there will be guys who respect the land

Actually used to get the police tellin us where the best spots were. nowadays there are too many idiots at it who are hell bent on killing anything and everything...not content with that they are robbing the farmers blind aswell. Killed way way more game from the motor then i ever could on foot but it got to the stage where it was hassel every time we were out..nowadays im a foot man and enjoy every minute of it..There are still some good lads at it who dont deserve the title of idiots but even they are droppin out the game like flies. 95% of you on here have never experienced doggin from a motor yet you sit there and critisise those that do..try it then have your say...atb stabba
