secretagentmole 1,701
You should get about 11.5 foot pound energy out of it. You will be able to kill rabbits, feral pigeons, wood pigeons and collared doves, not to mention rats, squirrels, crows, jays and magpies. As a new hunter I would restrict myself to shooting in a 25 yard range. Practise first though, you need to be able to put a group of 10 pellets in an inch diameter circle at the range you will be hunting at. When you can do that you are ready to take on the world! secretagentmole 1,701
Should be about 11 to 11.5, believe me these spring rifles will kill, you just have to be able to aim! 1 Quote Link to post

19powell90 89
silencer on a spring air rifle will make little to now difference as all the noise is from the spring, wouldnt worry about it. when you are confident and accurate with your rifle, it will kill out 50metre but you have to do your part ie. range finding, wind direction, hold over/under, steady aim. atb scott Quote Link to post
