Many many conrgats to Paul Reid on his big win today and to Greame as well

Really had a great day today and to Albert's credit it was all he hyped it up to be. The grounds were lovely and there was too many stands to get round in a day when showing too. We left the field planning to camp next year

Had a great weekend at Birr, nice and relaxed, met loads of people and had plenty of chats. Hats off to Albert and his team for putting on a great show and to Shane Lee and the Roscrea club who made a great job of the racing.

Back home to night from Birr, a little tired after 4 hour journey, but I can honestly say with hand on heart we had a brilliant relaxing day to day at Birr.Albert you are top of the class, and this weekend at Birr was a credit to you and your back up team.

I really enjoyed Saturday. The weather held up well and as usual, the Roscrea lads showed others how the racing should be run. The Lee brothers had a great day winning the Under 23, Under 24 and Over 24.

I was delighted my `Ernie` won the Non-Ped Whippet section, 3 years after he last ran there and won !

Had a quick look around the Trade Stands, but was rushing off home to go to Shelbourne Park, which was a shame as I would liked to have spent more time looking around.
