yampydoo 19
this topic has been on that meany time's its like the plague . yes they are good little bit over priced but are well worth the investment the 14 amp is ok but the best to buy is the 22 last's longer and you get more hours out of it . i use a 14 amp and never had it go dead yet on a nights lamping . killa-combo 142
Yampydoo you say a 14 lasts you a nights lampin, how long is a night do you do? Im thinking of buying one but i can empty a 17 amp lead acid in a night somtimes so id be better going for the 22 but there a fair price for a battery Quote Link to post
trigger2 3,211
i use a 14amp never had it go flat on me yet but having said that i havent really tested it yet. ive been out long enough to catch 36 rabbits and it was still fine then. having said that i only use a 30watt bulb. woodga 170
the batteries themselves are an excellent bit of kit light weight and give a fair ammount of lamping time the only downside to the ten amp hour batteries is the fact they can go from a nice bright light to flat in seconds with no warning the 14 and 22amp hour have power indicators telling you how much you have left in the battery, the only bad ting about them is the fecking connector after a few sessions this will wear and a new one will required no mater how much taping up you do the wires eventually snap been there done that apart from that they are the dogs bollocks only wish id had them years ago i actually own two Quote Link to post
