DUCKWING 302
LOGUN , IAM LIKE YOU MATE ........ I DONT TRAP DURING THE SUMMER UNLESS I NEED TO ,...KEEPING POULTRY VERMIN FIND YOU ALL YEAR ROUND SO I STILL HAVE TRAPS OUT FOR RATS ETC AND A FEW SNARES .....PLUS THE ODD CALL OUT JOB OTHER PASSIONS KEEP ME VERY BUSY DURING THE SUMMER .......... I DO MOST OF MY FOX AND MINK CATCHING FROM MID NOVEMBER TILL MID FEBUARY DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER I USUALLY DONT DROP A RABBIT SNARE TILL MID SEPTEMBER PLENTY EARLY ENOUGH , AND IF YOU HIT THEM HARD DURING THE WINTER MONTHES THE FARMERS ARE HAPPY ........ ALL THE BEST DUCKWING Quote Link to post
moley 115
its not much fun taking fly blown and gassed up varmints out of traps, but someone has to do it and it beats having to get up that bit earlier to check traps/snares before work or after work, winter trapping is much better and having time to try different things is a big bonus, it would be nice to have a go at trapping other stuff like they have in the states, i don,t think durham is quite ready for packs of coyotes just yet Quote Link to post
