WHAT BIRD OF PREY

iam not to clued up on my birds of prey i know most of the common ones when i spot one i.e.sparrow hawk kesy buzzed kite ...but this one was fairly large whiteish grey wings with very disintive black tips on them ive seen it twice now and would like to know whay it is cheers....

thanks byron are they fairly common because thats the first ive seen..????

snoopdog are you fenland, coastal or upland?

sorry mate ive only just seen this :D iam in lancashire in the pennines
