Is it just my two kits or does any one else have this but when I feed my two rabbit and you give it them skinned they will finish every last bit but when I give them it with skin still on they will just pick at it so what I'm asking should I keep feeding it with skin on or skin it for them

When I just had my old hob he used to do that with the skin on, but ever since I've kept 3 or 4 jills together they eat the fecking lot!

i have the same problem, with a few of mine.. iv put it down to being them being lazy although put a phesant or pigeon in and they demolish the lot...

if there hungry enough they will f*****g eat it,no matter if skin on or not.i gut them and throw them in.have a hob that likes to eat the eyes

@scothunter, that is very true.. i have a little jill that doesn't let the others near the rabbit till shes had the eyes she can be a viscous little biatch aswell.

@ferret mad dave - Back to the original question though, I gut em and throw them in. a few friends of mine prefer skinning them due to the risk of fleas. So each to there own really. Do what suits you best mate

I chuck a whole bunny in the main court ad same day pull out just the skin. maybe couple of leg bones, bit of spine, rest is eaten including head, rib bones etc.

i find its hard to skin em frozen, wait till there defrosted.. even then id imagine it will be a pain.. if your freezing them skin em before you freeze em.
