Guest joball
its good she is chasing,,,its better than she didnt,,,,keep going this is the problem with whippet breeds ,,,they have to prove there metal,,,,,hence why i put up my 3/4 whippet x grey at stud,,,,,,,ended up with one off his pups,,,,caught her 1st 8 month,,,no question asked ,,shes caught 10 at ten month on walk ,,,no problems with her striking abbilitie her sire fought with a staffie attacking him when it comes to whippets as same as most breeds ,,,,know the parents show whippets are gettin breed from,,,but there abillites are unknown,,,,,but usally they turn out ok,,,,,same as ur 8month pup,,,,i dont know but u might have known parents and if they caught no question asked,,,,u wont have a problem,,,,,keep going ,,,nature will take its course If your knocking us breeding from show bred whippets mate then please feel free to come down here to see mine working. Both Vixen and Sagar are 1/2 show bred and i would sooner breed from a show bred whippet than a non ped with no stamina and nothing between the ears. As for telling someone to keep at it working an 8 month old pup, shouldn't even be running at that age. Let it be a pup ffs. I don't start mine until there ready usually at least 10 months old and then it's only a couple of runs a night. Sagar the pup i'm bringing on now is 13 month old ans he's been running about 6 weeks and he's catching 12 a night regular. he would do more but thats enough at his age. All retreived live to hand. silly f.ucking c.unt he did not say his whippets were better than yours, you knob head! Why is when ever mally makes a comment you, jump down his throat, mally aint been on for a while nor have ypu but soon as he's back you reappear ! I think i know who you could beand your the biggest c**t going. Quote Link to post

KittleRox 2,147
lol look mate I could say you do what you like but see the thing is what happens to these dogs which are entered the Wrong Way and end up passed from pillar to post cause folk like yourself fxck them up point is why would you take a young pup out lamping to let it watch another dog chase bunnys about the field, to make it over excited and increase the chances of it opening up and ruining all the retrieving training etc when you do slip it, fxcking madness much easier ways to enter a pup Quote Link to post
B.P.R 2,798
I wouldn't take mine out to watch another dog lamp. Jmo 2 Quote Link to post

whippetlad1976 33
come down to me in the season see how are dogs are run and run hard will be 5-6 months old pups out WATCHING TOO see how these dogs act when watching all im saying is there is too many DOGMEN on here slating others techniques with there dogs if it works for me then i dont give a f**k what else anybody else does with there dogs... but your saying you dont want a robot of a dog out in the field???? what you saying you dont want a dog 100% on recall, retrieve, stock and fur broken unless put on....f**k me the dogs dont jump in the field wether its fence or gate until master is in there first they come when called over who would not want a obedient dog like that you tell me as i said ask headshot08 off here he will tell you about the bitch and how well trained she is and then slate my methods Quote Link to post
KittleRox 2,147
To be perfectly honest mate judging by your posts you seem to have your own methods that work for you and if you,re happy then thats fine. But getting back to the original question which was posted by somebody who seems like they,re new to the game, I answered as honestly as I could from my experience, which in my opinion would give the lad a better chance of having success, as for "slating another mans methods" its inevitable, someones always going to have a different view, its t, internet, we could go round in circles all week mate, I could ask yer mate headshot and you could ask my mate scamper about methods training, how good our dugs are in the field but it wouldn,t make any difference as for your offer I think I,ll decline, I,m quite happy gawn mooching up here with my own dogs, hope you have a good season Quote Link to post
Guest joball
to put it plain and simple i agree with both of you ! some dogs benefit from being held back some not. fuk me lads chill out Quote Link to post
