moocherboi 8
Just wondering what other airgunners use in their HW100 .22 , i have had mine for some time now and not really used it been a waste really but took it out saturday lamping and i got the chance to realise what a lovely gun it is, seems very accurate but just thought i would see what the most common best suited pellet for this air rifle is and also what distance you shooting at. kind regards james Quote Link to post

albert64 1,882
have been using rws superdomes but have bought a tin of AA fields and am very happy with them they seem very accurate at distance dropping rabbits at upto 58 yards, but i'd be happy using either pellet albert Quote Link to post

Elliott 436
Just got back to the club today after trying Webley Mosquitos .22 Quite impressive to be honest, some very good groups and the poi was 1" above the Wehirauch Field & Target Specials. The difference is weight is 0.4 grains (Mosquitos 14.3grains and Wehirauch F&T Special 14.7grains). I haven't tested the pellets out further than 25m as that is the limit of our indoor range but the target and chrono figures were quite impressive. All shots cleared through a hole around half the size of a 5p coin. The chrono figures are as follows: 601, 601, 602, 598, 596, 602, 602, 597, 599, 593 597, 599, 604, 597, 601, 602, 602, 590, 600, 602 602, 603, 601, 605, 603, 602, 598, 600, 600, 601 598, 592, 604, 599, 602, 597, 599, 591, 602, 602 Average MV: 599.6 (or 600ft/sec) Average ft/lb: 11.42 Not half bad in my opinion!
