imagine he will be fine, no doubt it will be tender and it would have hurt but doubt it requires a visit to the vet, moniter it over the next few days and assess the situation then.

it hit the pup that hard it broke the skin but defentaly no tooth in there

dosent have to be in there mate, just the thing that broke the skin. im sure it dident and everything will be perfectly fine. just keep an eye onit. if he seems to get alittle worse before he starts to get better then ide start to be concern`d.

Maybe youve bumped into a strain of rabbit ,who are fighting back, evolution is a on going process ,maybe we'll all need a bull cross to deal with bunnies in the future,

I wouldn't think he would be hurt to bad but only you can judge weather he needs a vet, I'd be more worried of the phycological factors of the injury if he's a very young small pup doesn't take alot to knock there confidence at that age

I wouldn't give pain killers unless he REALLY needs it, all they do is make him think he is totally fine and he will use the leg as such and possibly make it worse. If it hurts, he is less inclined to put weight on it and will rest it, leading to it healing. Just my thought.
