mally 832
Lucky man, lovely bitch is that, good luck with her, not that you will need it She's a nice bitch mate. Fantastic ferreting bitch, what with me being unwell and having Vixen to run throughout last season she hadn't done alot of lamping but from what i saw the other night there is a very good chance she'll be as good as Vixen on the lamp. Her early pace is just staggering and she can turn on a sixpence. If it wasn't for her having a hatred for Vixen and visa versa she would have stayed here. No money changed hands as a good home was more important than any amount of money. Don't forget to get up here for the weekend in october plenty of rabbits about. must be hard to give a dog away but aslong as it in the right hands and you will work along side it agian then thats a good thing at the least Hardest thing i've ever had to do mate, but it was the best thing to do for the dogs. Baz is a very good friend and he will ferreting and lamping here with me throughout the season so at least i'll still get to see her. He's a sound bloke, she gets walked 3 times a day and is settling in & eating well. I could have sold her but i wouldn't have known where she was going and what sort of home she would have had. Money isn't everyting the home was more important for me then any amount of money Quote Link to post

NEWKID 27,148
NIce one Mally, it's not all about money ,and I'm sure by the look of the bitch + 6 rabbits in 8 slips would be a good enough trial for most, a lot of people would of paid good money for her I'm sure.Instead of that you've got peace of mind she's gone to a decent home which is how it should be, by the sounds of it you've got some got some fun times ahead Bazza. Happy hunting Kev 1 Quote Link to post

andyp 9
Cracking dog that, I have seen her work several times and she is a credit to Mally, I know it was a hard decision mate to let her go, but you did the right thing, at least you will see her again. Something else i saw today was one of Mally's whippets responding to the same hand signals and whistle commands as his black labrador while they were out for a mooch this afternoon 1 Quote Link to post
