Usual media rubbish, the lads were daft digging charlie in a hot spot that is known for settes without permission next to a footpath!!!!!!!!!! Has anybody ever dug a badger, removed it from the sette and taken it to a pre-dug hole to set dogs on it Do they really beleive the shite spouted or is it all said for the public? Badger DIGGING was a prefectly legitimate method of sport/control until a relativly short period of time ago in this country and is still perfectly accpetable in many Europeans countries, badger BAITING was outlawed over a hundred years ago, big big difference......

I think they're forgetting the fact like others have said that there was a time when the elite of society were the ones "DIGGING" old brock and they were digging them at places like chequers. They're already thinking about shooting the fecking things as they're at plague proportions, i don't kid myself and think they're about to let the terrier lads back at them but theres that much other shite going on in the world to worry about perhaps the tide is starting to turn ??.

 

PS it's only cruel because they made it so, lads daren't take their terriers to vets because of the come backs.

Yeah there wasnt a scratch on them and am sure if there had been even the smallest of marks they would have made use of it for the program... 'look what they do to their dogs' type of thing

In Scotland you need permission first if you do not have that all else that you do regarding earthwork for foxes is illegal they were on the banks of the Clyde Probably council ground no permission if you do have permission once you have the fox it must be killed using a shotgun a firearm or a Bird of Prey (yes I know). permission is Vital once you have that everything else falls into place you can then invite your chum with a shotgun to give you a hand. The problem is if you make it this easy for the police to catch you acting illegally you can hardly complain when they capture you, problem is this case could still be succesfully defended but only with decent advice they wont get that from a legal aid lawyer if any one knows them pm me.
