help with airpistol

I dont know if the image has shown up but i wanted to know if im ok to sell this co2 powered airgun without a license.

(I dont know anything about licenses etc)

 

 

if its too small to see here's what i can make out by reading it; walther cp 88,cal 4,5/.177 made in germany carl walther arnsberg.

 

I'd only sell it an over 18 year old anyway,just wondering if there's any legislation i should be aware of here.

I wouldnt say toy as such, you could still have somebodys eye out with it.
