Westy76 546
My pup is due to go out in the big wide world in 2 weeks but I'm moving next week to a place with a small holding(chicken, ducks, goats etc) and a flock of sheep next door. I've never purposely stockbroke a dog before so does anyone have any tips for me please.
Water Badger 26
If you can take him to a stock market and get him used to walking around amoungst a variety of animals on the lead any unwanted attention should be checked accompanied by a NO! Another way is through the field with sheep on a long lead and same as above if unwanted intrest is shown, Better still if you can find some hand reared lambs they dont tend to run off which provokes the chase response ! and pup will get used to them I know of a place in west sussex PM me if intrested I am going up myself and can check if there is any objection with you going. atb
