coney clucky 93 Posted August 5, 2011 Report Share Posted August 5, 2011 wouldnt have a pointer cross or lab cross or much else other than bull cross collie cross deerhound cross these types of cross tried and tested would also have whippet bedlington or greyhound cross cant go wrong with the tradional types these pointer and lad crosses hunt up to much for me so id give them wide berth not keen either on to much saluki in the breeding as im not a saluki lover but a touch in the mix i dont mind adds a bit stamina and speed Quote Link to post

I have what I have because they suit my needs, I can communicate with them, and they are suited for the ground that I have permission to work them on. There's a dog out there for everyones needs, however some owners are inpatient and write the cross off instantly. Quote Link to post

asbo93 10 Posted August 5, 2011 Report Share Posted August 5, 2011 the only thing i wouldnt have is those supposed accidental crosses like grey,bull,rottwiler. or american bulldog cross or these alunt/mastive type crosses..... nothing to heavy yeah would never buy an accidental cross, it happened to me once kept one just to see what it were like and i'd say his one of the best dogs av had. good on anything it has surpised a few lads av been out with. his a beddie/whippet/grey x rottie Quote Link to post
