Hi Ian,

 

If you haven't found anyone you could try Bob Reid - Snowdonia Taxidermy Studios http://www.yell.com/b/Snowdonia+Taxidermy+Studios-Taxidermists-llanrwst-LL260HU-5786137/ . He is very good. He doesn't do that many private jobs any more but give him a call - let him know that I gave you his details.

 

As it happens, he's my Granddad ;)
