ban is just a word 43
Nearly smashed a window for a charlie? Are you for real? There's no action prior to catching that can allow any to class a dog as game, not that a lurcher can be classed as game but it certainly couldn't if it hasn't actually made contact with the quarry! shes made contact with much bigger stuff than the reds mate, and so has the dad only difference between the mum and the dad is the dad has took the reds week in week out Quote Link to post

ban is just a word 43
I totally understand why the mods do it as our sport is under constant watch and loads of antis use this site but I've noticed it's only when one certain quarry is mentioned then stuff gets deleted by a mod and edited when everything else stays. it's a shame on a hunting site that you can't fully speak on hunting matters with out your freedom of speach rights being revoked but it's in the best interest to the site and our sport so suppose it has to be done but just don't know why they favour the one quarry. noticed now there's a new mod there's more of this happening agree mate i only mentioned fox OOPS! funny how when a topic comes up about hare coursing its here too stay but yet the antis and police are hotter on hare coursing than the reds?!?! personally i think its just power going too the mods heads.... at the end of the day hunting fox, deer or hare with lurchers will never come legal so no matter how much we try and hide the fact that we do it nothing is going too change, theres no way anybody has a bull x just for rabbits, or a saluki cross for rabbits, deerhound x, big set beddy crosses etc etc???? I think the only fault the bloke said was when he was a young pup he had to hold him back as his heart and mind was there from very early on and I believe slipped his collar at 9 months old and nailed a Charlie in the hedge. weird thing for his size his is pace he has lightning off the Mark speed but also has a good top end so can still do long ears quite well which I think is this dogs party trick so to speak for being so small Quote Link to post
