rabbits for dogs

hi do you cook rabbits for dogs or give raw and do you have to take meat off the bones or can the dogs eat bones..thx tony

I gut, chop off the heads and feet and give them thirty whacks with a cleaver, a couple of hand fulls of buscuit, job done ( raw)

only cooked bones ye dont feed to dogs, raw bones are fine

gut em and stick em in the freezer for a couple of weeks, worm ya dogs every 3 months

I skin them, gut them, take the head off, cut em in half and freeze for at LEAST a week. Then feed in halves.

I used to mess about skinning them etc but after a while I just froze them for a couple of weeks and fed whole,the dogs ate the lot and all that was left was the odd tuft of fur.my cats were fed the same.

Yip feed whole head feet the lot only thing i do is gut them freeze them for a month and throw them too the dogs job done.....

I feed my dog raw diet, Chicken carcus and green tripe! The fussy bugger turned his nose up at rabbit and I even mixed a bit of raw pheasent with his carcus once. He ate the carcus and left the pheasent, that was the last time he had that!!!

You managed to get some then Tony??? yes mike had a few but not many about on that place we got so still looking for somewhere else even stayed till after midnight a few times but not seen one lol see them more often between 4pm and 8pm but only a few come out at a time hoping it might pickup after corn fields fields have been cut ,,
