Surely it must have been a blood clot because you'd have noticed if she was coming down with eclampsia: shaking, agitated, worried, staggering then coma. I know it can hit them quickly, but ye Gods, that quick? So sorry to hear of your loss anyway: at least there are pups to occupy you to some extent, but a shock like that doesn't vanish over night.
