windy old night

Recommended Posts

the wind was up again tonight with a bit of drizzle so out came the lamp and wellies .we drove for about 25 minutes but when we got there a lot of the fields were water logged and the rabbits were sticking to the hedgerows.we slipped bram on a rabbit but it ran up the hedgerow turned and went straight under a fence.there wasnt anymore worth running so we decided to head back and try some places nearer to home which we no holds a few bunnys.we parked up got to the field put the lamp on and a rabbit started to run we slipped bram she missed it but on her return another rabbit got up in front of her and the chase was on .she picked it up on the run not giving it a chance to turn and as i was taking it of her my dad lamped another rabbit from just were that one had been.bram went down the beem towards it but stopped about a metre away the rabbit lifted and ran towards us another chase was on but she was making hard work of this one. she managed to turn and grab the rabbit just before it got through the fence and with that we decided to head home with two in the bag one for bram and one for the ferrets heres a few picks
