frosts , morra clipper, about £10 , good enough for big game as well,,,, or for cheap get a stanly type knife,, you can get stanlys now that fold, get them from tool stalls on markets for about £4 or £5

I use a mora clipper and find it good enough for everything I need it for.

aye use a fish gutting knife it works well with all game they cost about £5 and there good cheep knifes
