I've been told that there is a quick way of removing the breasts from woodpigeon without plucking.

Apparently you can remove a wing and whip the breast out from the side.

Anyone got a quick guide or tips?

Thanks

Not heard of removing from the side. I just twist and pull both wings off the make a hole through the crop shove both thumbs through the hole nail to nail on thumbs then pull apart pulling front and back as the breast comes away twist the breast upwards towards the hole breast just pulls away inside out. Easier to show than describe but hope this helps
