I played to a very good standard quite easily, but if i'd pushed myself that little bit harder, maybe i could have gone all the way. I try to live with a glass half full mentality. the_stig 6,614 Posted July 22, 2011 Report Share Posted July 22, 2011 (edited) got i few .. i was close to my grandad missed his funeral to work away an earn a few quid i know what he would have wanted me to do but aint the same .. packing up boxing , not buying a remote cottage that i fell in love with 30 yr ago for 10k its just sold for 380k ...not punching my old forman at work he did need it .. being a 70s football hooligan. not clocking in a pigeon that had raced from fraserburgh on the night clocked next day got 4th club would have won club and fed and ££s i owed it to that bird raced his heart out to get home . losing touch with some good old mates .. shoplifting from jennas shop when i was a lad selling mixy rabbit and road kills to the local chinky i think a few people where ill off the estate a few well a lot . and a few more be more like a confession than regret though ...
