Start the net off like a purse net but with 13 meshes for a 4.25" mesh or 14 meshes for a 4" mesh just keep knitting row after row after row. When you have the length you want. There are 36 rows to a rigged yard of net for a 4" mesh and 34 for a 4.25" mesh with a 100% bag. Stop knitting cut off the ring and your net is ready to add the selvedge.
