mole trapper 1,693
a very small whippet, love to see one holding on for dear life on a good buck rabbit. Quote Link to post
MATTI 34
Same shape as a whippet but no bigger than a hare, leg's like knitting needle's, i would say more suited to being a pet than a worker Quote Link to post
snoopdog 1,256
a mate of mines got one he took it out with us once it kept stopping and hiding to get out of the wind and rain it was about 17" full grown it didnt enjoy the walk at all ..very frail looking animal ...didnt really do much either ....not my cup of tea ..i will try and get a pic .... thurso jack 3
seriously, has anyone ever tried one of these on rabbits? Quote Link to post
pilgrim1982 0
Much smaller and more fragile than a whippet. They were bred as a lap dog not a hunting dog so i don't think they would be good for any kind of work. They'd probably get beat up by the rabbit. Just my thoughts though i haven't had any experience with them. Quote Link to post
Guest lamper/gatherer
SEEN 1 WORK,ONLY USED ON BUNNIES WAS ALL OVER THEM,STUCK TO THEM LIKE SHITE TO A BLANKET,WAS BORN OUTSIDE,RAISED OUTSIDE,NEVER MINDED THE WEATHER ONCE IT SAW THE LAMP. Quote Link to post
