help with stopping dog barking

Right guys my dogs starting to do my head in now hes barking when running around with other dogs, how can i stop this i thort off electric collar but they are illegal in wales :/ hes 11 months and a bull x i thort he would grow out off it as he done it a little bit when he was a pup? any ideas

its just a pup mine does it (same age), it dont mean feck all its prob just playing with the other dogs :thumbs: .Time to worry if it starts fighting at that age, rather have barker than fighter at that age, let it grow up in its (own) time :yes:

You can get CO2 spray collars which do a similar thing, works for most dogs, It won't stop them when they're really determined to bark but will normally stop the nuisance barking.

 

where can i get one off them ?

Don't use any kind of corrective collar FFS, the young dog is just playing, not hunting.

You'll end up with a mentally disturbed dog sat in a kennel at the RSPCA.

My bedlington goes off like a factory whistle as soon as any kind of game starts but is silent when out hunting.
