started gettin um fit

Never stopped, same routine every day in the car up the lane let em out do bout 5 miles all fields and woods free running only change would be time of day/night depending on temp. The new pup just comin on 9 month been gettin extra doin a bit of road work alongside the bike to give him a bit more wind and work on the muscle tone. Never let up really and any they pick up in the crops while walk-in all feed the ferrets.

youve all got pretty much the same idea,i alternate the the bike to do about three runs a week,some old fellow years ago told me that swimming softens the muscle so not to do to much but ive had no problems,it seems to do um well when coming from injury as well.
