moocherboi 8 Posted July 19, 2011 Report Share Posted July 19, 2011 Was out walking the dog this eveing to see loads of timber outside the front of someones house. i went back to ask if they were throwing it away, turned out they were so i asked if i could have a look and if wanted anything could i take it... they were more than happy for me to do so. in this pile was a large ship lap shed..but no floor. old rabbit hutch which had seen better days so left that. also there was an old dog kennel that the floor was rotten in. so i have taken floor off and will replace with other pieces of recycled wood i claimed. plan is to make new ferret hutch out of it. it is about 4ft wide 5ft heigh and 2ft deep with a large door one side and welded mesh on the other a front. a good little find hopefully once done.. but i am getting an ear fall for apparently collecting more S**T hahah but it was too good to refuse... I made a nice set up with hardly any money spent. It's great when you get things for free. I hope you make good use of your find. Quote Link to post
