christian71 3,187
I went the vets before with my Jill and the place was teeming with wierdos. Sat next to a woman with a greyhound and she started telling me that greyhounds don't sit because hers has never sat down. I told her that that wasn't true and she replied 'oh yes it is, neither do whippets. They get lazy if they sit down' I gave up. The woman opposite me seemed quite well off and she asked me what was in the box so I told her it was a ferret. She asked to see her so I got her out and she screamed so loud the receptionist jumped out of her seat. He said she had never seen one before or heard of them. She asked me a few questions ad I told her about them. Her daughter then came in and asked her mum what was in the box, she replied 'I don't know darling, I've never seen or heard of them before, I think it's some sort of rat' There was a guy who started off stroking his Rottweiler and then within 2 minutes he was rolling around on the floor spooning it, rubbing it's stomach saying 'ooh I know just how you like it, you like it don't ya' I felt like I was watching something off animal porn. The last lady had chuahua and she seen the ferrets and told me that her son had used the dog to catch rabbits down the holes ad fetch them out. I looked at the dog and noticed it was wearing a pink jumper, pink mitts, a bow on it's tail and had a tiara on. Some worker! Anybody else seen any wierdos in the vets lately? Did any tw@t you

Kay 3,709
I remember sitting in the vets with a ferret some years ago & there was a woman with her carer , the old dear had summat wraped in a blanket , so i assumed it was a dog or a cat , thought no more about it, then they go in to see the vet .. they were in there a few mins & came out, it was a teddy wrapped in this blanket the old dear was saying there your all better now , i actually thought it was very good of the vet to be so professional , seems this teddy was the old dears world , there was no one in there with anything that needed urgent treatment , so it didnt really matter
