Windy , you say your dad is a piss head scrap man who knows fk all about dogs ......is it lurcher 1 ?

havent had an injury yet you should say! can be quite dangerous, imagine two dogs and for some reason they are coming at the same rabbit or whatever from different directions they cant see each other,

Recipe for disaster sooner or later there gonna colide or knock each other and a dog is gonna get injured, also running 2 dogs together all the time is gonna make them run different to a single handed

hello pal iv been running lurchers doubled up for 18 years now and never had a problem or an injury caused by doing this i also run them single handed to but its mostly doubled up.

why bud, when i started, i hunted with a lad that did the same, always believed it wasn't getting the best out of either dog,,

Interesting to hear.

I was told never to run mine with another dog but the only reason given was because it's likely the dogs would crash into each other.

I used to take my Grew out for offlead excercise with one or two of my other dogs but had to resort to 1 to 1 with the grew because she kept crashing into the others and i saw a couple of high speed collisions which luckily just left them bruised.
