This is my whippet grey cross the white one, little bit about her she is extremely quick if anything I think they are one of the quickest type lurchers you can get! Very intelligent and they make excellent day dogs. I dont really use her for lamping as I use ryfud the big one the times I have taken her out she has been brilliant but hand on heart it has only been a few times. I think they are very sensitive to humans aswell so if your aggressive in your voice dont attempt to get one of these! They are excellent with children and thet dont tend to eat much. Hope this helps

Well i have nothing to compare her to being my first running dog but i will say hand on heart that i am 110% happy with her. We bonded immediately, she has the right amount of brains (enough to train easily but not enough to get into trouble through boredom). Not too sensitive. She is very fast but sensible enough most of the time and learns from her own mistakes. Prey drive is plentiful as she has seen bunnies when out for excercise, too young to catch them then but instinct was spot on. She is also learning to mark well.

I have plenty of experience with dogs working obedience comps, agility & security man work in the past and i would say my grew is one of the best dogs i have had the pleasure to own  I would recommend one for a first time owner but again i only have experience with my own one (i would deffo have another one) but i'm sure there are members here who have more experience of this breeding and will say if mine is a typical example.

Has this dog sired any litters mate ? my bitch was sired by a whip x grey put to a pure grey bitch, same sort of marking sand colour but hard to tell by pic. think the dog was from Maesteg. just curious.

here is my bitch 24 tts.

like a rocket as expected. gentle and obedient hardly eats a thing but struggle to keep the weight on her and can look like a POW if you run her to hard. Very quick on the straight but lacks the sharpness on a turn. Can jump like a kangaroo and and will retrieve if we are out on are own. I imagine if there wasn't a ban she would do alrite on the big stuff and stuff that has a sharp end. a nice steady dog to own but lacks a bit of nose.
