I'm a bit of a cycling fan and your right mate, I've clocked 56mph on a road bike and that's not for the faint hearted, so what 70 is like on them mountain roads with big drops god only knows. Proper mountain biking on severe terrain takes some doing also.

No, but he would have been aiming at the flag and it went in, so was it luck ??

Golfs a funny game, you stand side ways on, 3 feet from the ball, and you hit a small ball with a long stick. You don't get many ball sports that you play with a stationary ball either. Lots of skill required to play to a good standard if you ask me.

Just my opinion of course.

I started playing golf a short while ago....ive had a hole in one and im f****n useless  i can just smash the ball a long way thats all,the rest was down to pure luck.....ok i accept a pro golfer is relying less on luck and more on technique......but i have heard it said that within the pro game a hole in one like that is looked on as a bad shot !....simply because bouncing in the hole on the second bounce being a freak occurence, the likelihood is the ball will actually go quite a way past the hole....

For me pure skill has nothing to do with either machinery strength or endurance.....its purely based on technical ability and natural flair.....so for that reason i wouldnt include 90% of sports suggested so far.....but thats just my opinion.

ive never seen that before , that looks a cracking sport

It's meant to be the fastest field game in the world. It's also Ireland's national game. Next Saturday or Sunday Galway will be playing Waterford, should be a good game.
