advice needed

hi fellas, this morning one of my jills was messing around in her run and managed to climb up the site and fell off injuring herself. she has been limping round all day and doesnt seem to happy to move gonna take her to the vets first thing next morning because they are shut today any idea on what they are gonna say ? just dreading if its a put down job...

wouldnt worry too much mate probably just banged her self theyre very hardy animals if shes eating ok and drinking then not a problem check her in the morning then if no change get her to the vets for a check up ATB charlie

Id be changing my vet a vet shutting mid week .As said maybe a bruise at worst a break .Is it weight bearing ??.

noo, i think its broken tbh as she is struggling to put wieght on it what happens if it is a break? and thanks for the concerns lads

I should think a vet will be able to plaster it ,To be honest i dont know ive never seen a ferret break a leg .

seen the vet, shes got a broken hip which according to the vet isnt as serious as other breaks thank god. he said keep her in a small cage for two weeks and give her painkillers every day with a meal glad its not too bad though
