kevin from bristol 95
i resently bought a brocock contour from a friend of mine and its probably the most accurate air rifle ive ever owned ,ive had alot of air rifles over the years but this little gun is just great its very very light powerfull and spot on everytime from the reviews ive read they havent done it justice so im writing this to have my say.if your considering buying one do it you wont be let down .having said that theres two things that could be better on it the first is a larger air capacity as you only get around 40 shots before having to re fill and the other is its a single shot . i phoned brocock to see if these could be fitted with a mag and they said they cant having said that they are bringing out a mag version of the same gun but unluckily the one i have will stay a single shot i dont mind but the mag version would be better for some hunters .ive been smacking rabbits at 50-60 yards with 177 accupells and it stops them dead know problem at all, this is due to the full legal limit and the accuracy of this gun, its such a good little gun and a great gun for younger hunters as its so light. zini 1,939
Nice one mate, Im really happy for you that the rifle is doing you justice . I bought the XL version last year from a shop brand new, the balance was fantastic, infact i chose it at fist over the AA S300. The rifle is accurate as they come but sadly mine was faulty and after I and Gurwurtz both used our chronos it was only doing 7.9 ft / lbs. I took it back to the shop and they didnt have any more in stock so i ended up with a AA S300 instead. Shame because i really liked the Brocock and i defo would have a multi shot version of the rifle. Si. Quote Link to post
kevin from bristol 95
yea i was thinking about getting the multishot should be out by now but i was parinod that it may not have the same accuracy for some reason it varys so much from gun to gun Quote Link to post
