My year old pup has red bumps on her chest. I work her bushing every day for 3 hours and lamp her one night every other week. She does go between barbed wire and over but it doesn't look like cuts. Could it be the wet grass always brushing her or the brambles she is pushing through? Has anyone else had this happen? I've started putting nappy cream on it to ease the irritation and hopefully get rid of it. Thanks for any advice

Do you use anything to keep it down? I would mind so much except she doesn't have as much fur there and it's white so it really stands out.

Thanks for the info, it's the first time I've worked a pup in tall plants

Could be thistles, but it's probably just the grass seeds. If it's really raised, red and itching you can give a child's dose of piriton. I tend to just leave it alone on mine, it calms down after a while.

You can put savlon on but she'll probably just lick it straight off.
