I leave them be, they do a good job keeping rats and rabbits down and I like watching them, but they're pretty easy to call in, just squeak and they come running

shot one when i got my first permission and regretted the min i pulled the trigger , i now know where the family live and i gut and leave all the internals for them . its great in spring when you see the little ones charing around . now i love sitting watching them now the way they act is so funny when they find their free meal . will try and get pics this year as they are so photogenic

My terrier caught a weasel in the back garden last year. was a bit gutted to be honest. i personally wouldn't shoot a stoat .

just watched the video....the amount of rabbits on that land get me there! but no i wouldnt shoot anything unless it was causing a problem or it was for food

I agree I would never shoot a stoat, but never mind if you would I can't imagine them sitting still long enough to take aim anyway Watching them chase rabbits is like watching a film on fast forward, I love it and if only we had domesticated stoats instead and they could replace lurchers and ferrets in one go.

i would personally leave them ,round here you might see one once in a blue moon but when you do its real nice to see .

got stoats on my permission, wouldnt shoot them, they do a good job on the rats
