what an absolute bellend you must be, what are you on about?????????? when you take your dog for a walk you let it off for a run around, it's not law to keep it on a lead in public you fukkin loon!!! you need to keep it under control, but most people can control their dogs when they're off the lead, it's called training.

 

The issue here is that the horse had got out and then booted the dog, it's nothing to do with the fact the dog was off its lead!

when i walked past horse, bryn was only 3ft from my side, and that would have near enough the lenth of alead wouldnt it. And if a horse kicked your dog in a edge wouldnt you be feckin mad. and a few on here no that my dog know he is very bidble, if he had have been loose+running about he would have been kicked would he. you thick mate :yes:

well if he had his dog under control it would not have been kicked the dog got to close for the horses comfort and the the horse just done wat comes natural to him and defended him self if bird had his dog under so called control it would not have being kicked

it's not necessarily the horses fault, the owner should be making sure the fence is secure enough to keep it where it should be....which in this case, it wasn't.
