lurchergrrl 1,441
Three horses got loose near me a while back - some chavvy shitbags burnt the gate for firewood The kids were ahead of me, and the horses crowded all around them. One of my twins ran and the b@stards chased her. One of the other girls nearly got kicked in the head when one bucked. I nearly puked with fright. Dogs weren't anywhere near either, I'd called them to me. Kids aren't as biddable as the dogs Hope Bryn's alright ... post a picture of him for me Bird Quote Link to post
chartpolski 23,945
Man walks dog... horse kicks dog... dog OK,(thankfully),...horse OK, (thankfully)... so what's the drama ???? Cheers. Quote Link to post
fcuktheban 140
I was walking my dogs on lead on public footpath where a well know sh*t stirring horse was in. I kept to the path and the kept moving in the way. I would move off to one side to give good clearance and the moved right back in our way. What should I have done if it decided to have a go at my dogs for nothing? The only difference between my dogs being on lead and off is they would have had a better chance of getting out of the way. If a public footpath goes thru' a field where you know for a fact dangerous stock is in, surely the best thing is to avoid it ? Cheers. 1 Quote Link to post

Bloody hell CP, I'm glad you don't write movie scripts. Could you imagine how shit you'd make an epic film like Gladiator? Roman general wins big battle... Roman general gets set up.. Roman general becomes slave... slave becomes gladiator... Gladiator kills emperor then fucks off to afterlife to ride dead wife... The end... 1 Quote Link to post

I did avoid it, the problem was it wasn't avoiding me It's a looooong walk around to get to another footpath leading to my permission Quote Link to post
