I thought old "Mogadon" may come back strong with a reply to my post, but it looks like he is floundering a bit.

There used to be a chap on Pigeon Watch who wrote in almost the exact same style as "Mogadon", he had worked for the RSPCA but was of course in no way an anti!

I'm just showing him even knuckle draggers like me know how to spell. What he believes makes him superior only seperates him from others. Why should lions want to talk to a monkey? Just because the monkey thinks it has better grammar and dress sense doesn't make it any better. If he wanted to chat with like minded folk he should go to the monkey exhibit.

I like the way you felt the need to mention private medical insurance. Private medical insurance is given away with loads of jobs these days I think its interesting that you feel it in some way credentialises you or defines you as a success. You must have some serious self image/confidence issues to feel the need to talk down to people. Its an internet forum ffs why bust a gut to convince others you are well educated/successful.

 

You're right PMI is often used as an employment perk. In my case I have to buy it. We all make choices in life. One of mine was to start a business. Personally I feel that it defines nothing other than a need to insure that I get access to the right medical treatment, when I want it and where I want it. What others think about it is of no concern to me.

 

Believe me, I have no desire to convince anyone of how well educated I might be, or how successful. Especially not on a internet forum such as THL.

If its of no consequence what people think why go to the trouble of mentioning it? You have started a thread to put down a specific group, put people down for the level of their education/written responses as well as writing snippets of information relating to running your own business your private medical insurance. I think your on the wind up trying to illicit a response through writing stuff you know will cause grief. I think you like putting people down because it makes you feel better about yourself. Bit sad really

 

as for credentialise I am not sure if it is officially a word or not. I have heard it used plenty within the industry i work within, usually in the context of justifying existence through providing of citations, qualifications, experience etc..
