Col_c88 41
As I said A couple weeks ago I will be making An outside ferret area so they got A bit of exorcize, well today I decided to start it. picked up the wood, the flag stones.. then it pi$$ed down! but I decided to crack on... then A hostpital emergancy happened... so its not quit finished but here it is so far.. Well tomorrow I will be getting the mesh, some marine ply, making A lid, and just generally finishing it off.. its 6ft x 4ft x 2.5ft... fair size for 2 ferrets. I will be putting the marine ply around the the back and top as wind protection and to hide it from nosey neighbours/passers by. Mesh around the other 2 sides and the top, and half the top will have a shaded area for protection from the sun/rain. will put finished product up tomorrow hopefully Quote Link to post

Col_c88 41
Well I finished it. Going to get some rocks for them to climb around but so far there is A rope bridge, A fluffy thingy hanging from one of the supports and some pipes.. As you can see theres 2ft x 4ft worth of shade, it will be easy to wash(just use the hosepipe since its flagstones) and all the wood has been treated.
