fcuktheban 140
I guess that answered the question "can a lurcher jump a 6ft fence?" Any time a dog jumps a fence it puts itself at risk of injury. Hope your dog does well at the vets and good gesture on Ruby Jets part. Quote Link to post

skycat 6,173
Horrible thing to happen: I've had two dogs badly hung on wire and they both made a full recovery. As long as there's no tendon damage or very severe muscle damage he should be OK. There might be some scarring to the muscle if it has torn it badly, but he's in the best place at the moment: fingers crossed they can stick him back together with no problems. Quote Link to post

Lamp Man 14
Sorry to hear that about the big lad, But wouldnt it of been better to take him to the vets last night when it happened instead of waiting till the pdsa opened this morning? He should be back to full health in a few months if theres no real damage done 1 Quote Link to post
