Lamping

Has anyone ever used an elumines collars on there dogs while lamping.We used to make our own,they were very handy for locating the dogs while at big game,espesially in wooded areas.

used them on ferrets allright [ very handy if ur not working in thick cover ]. when im out in the day, i have my dogs trained on the gun dog whistle. [ my dogs have good recall ] so when im moving on i just blow the whistle and me dogs are behind me. i rembember when i was a child the old lads were talking bout the silent dog whistle.that people cant hear hear the silent dog whistle,only dogs can hear it.im thinkin bout gettin one this season.just ta see wat they are like
