Hey Joe

What is it yer looking for ? If your ferrets seem healthy enough and you have no worries,,why hand over cash to a vet who will just check there teeth and feet and bill you ££££££`s.

If you do have a worry, I`ve used vets in Tranent, and in Kirkliston, but any vet will be able to do a simple checkup, in fact let me see them and yeh can pay me in beer!

its the dam girlfriend lol.when i got the albino jill(nippy) with the two hobs she got a tough time, shes improved abit since then, shes always been lean/no fat but today when i got karen to geez a extra pair of hands while i removed the tick she reconned nippy was looking skinnyer and not well.shes not in season now and been out of season for a while now,she was pritty swollen before though, ive seen her eating plenty times but maybe doesnt eat as much as the youngest jill.she seems livly enough/playfull,hunting ok but lost some hair.shes always been skinny but i guess jills are, just thought a check up for all 3 might be worth it, probaly would have thought nothing of it...

The ferrets will all look out of condition and skinny at this time of year,,mines look shite till there winter coat comes in..

My mate was shocked at how different my hob looks wothoot his jaiket! lol.

If yeh like yeh kin tell her that a local "ferret whiz" is comin tae look at it and ah`ll come up and say theres nowt wrong wi them ! :whistling:

No two ferrets are the same build mate same as humans ,as long as the jills eating and shows no signs of illness she should be fine ,mind they should have moulted out into there summer coat which is shorter and will make her look slimmer
